Like many other people, I’m struggling to come to terms with the
threat of dangerous climate change, and want to be able to minimise
my global footprint. We can’t wait any longer. It’s time to stand
up as leaders in our industry and help ensure the long-term health
of our environment.

Drought and the environment are the two biggest concerns for
Australians today. For business today there is now not only a moral
obligation on our industry to make its contribution to reducing
climate change, but also a commercial imperative. Consumers want,
and should have, the option of environmentally responsible
dining.
